In 2004 Del Giorno's introduced a new menu promoting local Eyre Peninsula produce.
The local produce ranges from the finest seafood available including Bluefin tuna, Hiramasa King Fish, Pacific Oysters, Wild catch King Prawns and locally farmed Kinkawooka Mussels, locally farmed Prime SAMM Lamb and wine from local wineries.
Through this initiative the restaurant has become one of the premier seafood restaurants in South Australia and Australia.
